What helps the first reply.
A useful first message tells us:
- What the business is, and what it sells
- What you're trying to build, in plain language
- Roughly when you'd like it live
- Whether you have a budget in mind, or want a recommendation
Don't worry about being formal. Don't worry about explaining the technology — that's our job. Don't send an NDA before the first reply. A few honest sentences are enough to start.
What to expect.
Replies usually come within two working days. Sometimes faster, occasionally slower if the studio is mid-launch on another project. If you haven't heard back within five days, email again — things occasionally get lost.
The first reply is honest. If the project isn't a fit — wrong scale, wrong stack, wrong moment — we'll say so and suggest someone better suited. Spandera doesn't take on work it can't do well.
